About Fuertísima

These Terms of Service apply to fuertisima.com and related Fuertísima services operated by Kornugle LLC (“Fuertísima,” “we,” “us”). Our store is hosted by Shopify. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase from us. Provide accurate contact, shipping and payment information, and keep any account access credentials secure. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, infringe others’ rights or use the services unlawfully.

Products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. Website information is for general information and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Follow the product label and warnings. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences may vary. Product images are illustrative; packaging appearance may vary.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices, availability, delivery options and applicable charges are displayed when you order. Review the order total, shipping and taxes before completing checkout. We may correct errors or decline or cancel orders for reasons including unavailable products, payment problems or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items. We will not apply a higher price to an existing order without your agreement.

Subscriptions

If you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the price and delivery interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Review the subscription details before purchasing. Manage, skip, pause or cancel available deliveries through the subscription-management link provided with your subscription, or contact hola@fuertisima.com for help. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. Canceling future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed. Any changes to subscription pricing or terms will be communicated as required by law.

Shipping, returns and order support

Available shipping destinations, rates and estimates are presented during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. For missing, damaged or incorrect orders, return requests or questions about an advertised guarantee, contact hola@fuertisima.com with your order number and relevant details. Any return or guarantee terms displayed with your purchase apply to that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. To request deletion of personal information, including information associated with a connected Fuertísima Meta app, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. A deletion request does not by itself cancel an active subscription; contact us if you also want to cancel.

Website content and third-party services

Fuertísima names, branding and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Other uses require the relevant rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law. Links and integrations with third-party services are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy notices. Facebook, Instagram and Meta do not operate this store.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable services, but the website may experience errors or interruptions. We may update website content, products and features. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
