Returns and refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with GUT or CALM, email hola@fuertisima.com within 30 days of the carrier's delivery date with your order number. The guarantee covers one bottle of each product per customer, opened or unopened, on your first order of that product. To receive your refund you must return the bottle to us: we will email you the return address, and you have 14 days from that email to ship it. Return shipping is paid by you (we recommend a tracked service), unless the error was ours.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of when we receive the bottle. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the order was our error.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders are handled under our Shipping policy: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund.

Subscriptions: the guarantee applies to the first order of a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals and can be done before the next charge from your account or the link in your subscription email; it does not automatically refund an order already processed.
