What is in it?+
Each two-capsule serving contains 1,000 mg organic apple cider vinegar powder, 200 mg inulin from Jerusalem artichoke root, 100 mg DigeZyme® and 10 mg Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85 (1 billion CFU at time of manufacture). Other ingredients: HPMC (vegetable capsule), brown rice flour, magnesium stearate, olive oil and silicon dioxide. One bottle holds 60 capsules: 30 servings of two capsules.
How do I take it?+
As a dietary supplement, adults take two capsules daily, ideally with 6 to 8 oz (177 to 237 ml) of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
