Fuertísima is operated by Kornugle LLC. You can request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including information received through a Fuertísima app connected to Facebook, Instagram or other Meta services. You do not need to sign in or make a purchase to submit a request.
How to request deletion
- Email hola@fuertisima.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Tell us the email address you used with Fuertísima and whether your request concerns our store, a connected Meta app, or both. If relevant, include your Facebook or Instagram profile name or app user ID so we can locate the information. An order number can help if your request concerns an order.
- Tell us whether you want all eligible personal information deleted or only information connected to a particular service. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID documents or medical information.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request, take reasonable steps to verify that the information belongs to you, and respond within the time required by applicable law. We may ask you to reply from the email address associated with your account or provide limited information needed to match your records. We will use verification information only to process and secure the request.
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information under our control and instruct relevant service providers to act where required. We will email you the outcome, including any information we must retain and the reason. You can request a status update or appeal a decision by replying to that email or contacting hola@fuertisima.com.
Information we may need to retain
Some records may be retained where necessary to comply with tax, accounting or other legal obligations, complete or document transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or establish or defend legal claims. Retained information will be limited to those purposes and kept only as long as necessary. Backup copies may remain until they are removed through the applicable backup-retention process.
Facebook and Instagram connections
If you connected a Fuertísima app through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove its access in the platform’s app, website or business-integration settings, where available. Removing access stops future access authorized by that connection; it does not necessarily delete information already received by Fuertísima. Send the request above to ask us to delete that information.
We can process requests for information controlled by Fuertísima. To delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information controlled directly by Meta, use Meta’s own privacy and account controls.
Subscriptions and marketing
A data-deletion request does not automatically cancel an active subscription or an order already in progress. If you want to cancel a subscription too, tell us in your email or use your subscription-management link. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Puedes solicitar la eliminación de tus datos escribiendo a hola@fuertisima.com con el asunto Solicitud de eliminación de datos. Incluye el correo que utilizaste con Fuertísima e indica si tu solicitud corresponde a la tienda, a una aplicación conectada a Facebook o Instagram, o a ambas. No envíes contraseñas, datos de tarjeta, documentos de identidad ni información médica.
Verificaremos tu solicitud y responderemos dentro del plazo legal aplicable. Te informaremos del resultado y de cualquier dato que debamos conservar por obligaciones legales u otros motivos permitidos. Si también deseas cancelar una suscripción, indícalo en tu mensaje.
